Cancellation Policy

The €3.99 Season plan is a one-time purchase for the current 60-day season. It has no automatic renewal to cancel and expires at that season’s configured end.

The €14.99 Annual plan renews every 12 months until cancelled. The purchaser can open the billing-management link from the authenticated Supporter Center and cancel renewal at any time.

Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period, so access continues until then. A failed payment can pause or end access earlier under Stripe’s billing status. A refund, revocation, or dispute can end the related entitlement immediately.

For an Annual gift or sponsorship, the purchaser controls the recurring Stripe subscription; the recipient cannot access the purchaser’s billing portal. The purchaser should cancel if the gift must not renew.

If the portal is unavailable, email info@purehax.eu from the address associated with the payment. Include the Stripe receipt and purchaser Discord ID. PURE will confirm the cancellation once processed.
